In addition to the more common types of network systems, we also support business-class VOIP infrastructure systems and PBX systems such as Elastix, FreePBX, and Auto-Dialer systems of all types.

Whether you need server and network infrastructure to run said VOIP/PBX systems, such as SIP trunking and carrier services, or management from full-setup and longterm maintenance to one-time flat-rate consulting packages.

FreePBX is the community-standard for PBX systems based on the open-source Asterisk software.

Elastix is a project based on FreePBX and is an unified communications server software that brings together IP PBX, email, IM, faxing and collaboration functionality. It has a Web interface and includes capabilities such as a call center software with predictive dialing.

The Elastix and FreePBX functionality is based on open source projects including Asterisk, FreePBX, HylaFAX, Openfire and Postfix. Those packages offer the PBX, fax, instant messaging and email functions, respectively.

Elastix, FreePBX, Asterisk, and other related projects are mostly allĀ free software, released under the GNU General Public License. However, these software systems generally utilize paid add-ons, modules, and more to expand their functionality and may require expert consultation or setup and management depending on the complexity of the system. We are happy to support many popular OSS (open source software) projects and can evaluate any project scope on a per-case basis.
